การติดป้ายเตือนต่างๆเป็นงานที่สำคัญ สำหรับงาน HSE การติดป้ายต่างๆ ควรทำให้ชัดเจน ไม่ติดมาก หรือน้อยเกินไป มีระยะห่างที่เหมาะสม โดยเฉพาะสถานที่เฉพาะหรือ จุดที่มีความเสี่ยงสูง การใช้ภาษา ควรเป็นภาษาที่คนที่ทำงานส่วนใหญ่ในพื้นที่ทำงานสามารถเข้าถึงได้ ไม่สับสน

การลงทุนด้านงานป้ายเตือน เป็นเรื่องที่สำคัญ อีกทั้งเป็นภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีต่อผู้ดำเนินการและบริษัท การซื้อป้ายสำเร็จรูปซึ่งมีราคาสูงนั้นจำเป็นต้องจัดงบประมาณไว้ตั้งแต่ตอนต้นและควรซื้อเฉพาะรายการที่จำเป็นในพื้นที่ต้องการใช้งานอยู่เสนอ ดังนั้นในบริษัทขนาดใหญ่อยากจะต้องมีส่วนงานที่ช่วยเรื่องป้ายโดยลงทุนแค่ซื้อเครื่องตัดสติ๊กเก้อร์ แผ่นอลูมิเนียม หรืออุปกรณ์อื่นๆ และควรจัดให้ดำเนินที่ลูกค้าผ่านบริเวณนั้นด้วย เพื่องานป้ายช่วยเพิ่มภาพลักษณ์ในการทำงานที่ดี - ส่วนป้ายย่อยต่างๆ ระหว่างการทำงานซึ่งบางครั้งไม่สะดวกในการสั่งซึ้อหรือทำเฉพาะกิจ สามารถพิมพ์จากเครื่องพิมพ์ เคลือบพลาสติก หรือเครื่องตัดสติ๊กเกอร์ นำมาติดกับแผ่นไม้หรือแผ่นอลูมิเนียมได้ การใช้งาน ภาพต่างๆ ที่แนบมาให้โหลด สามารถแก้ ตัวอักษรได้
